FHM Philippines artwork for May 2011 issue

This was for an article for FHM Philippines' May 2011 issue about basketball.
Unfortunately, due to the time crunch, I didn't get the chance to color it myself. Instead, they (the Publisher) colored this artwork in-house.

Character Designs

These are character designs for a concept a local TV network was trying to produce into a 3D animated feature film.

Eagle and Owl character designs

These are some of the design studies I did for a local feature film pitch that I've been working on.
Still can't give away too many details, but I had a blast doing these sketches!

Character Expressions

These are Expression Studies for one of the characters I've recently worked on.

I had fun playing around with various facial expressions to see if my character can pull off the acting needed for the show. So far, so good!

Collaboration Time!

This is a 'cockpit design' that I had the privilege of coloring.

The original pencil/line art was done by one of the legendary animators here in the Philippines, the one and only Alex Ragsac!

Collaborated with one of the top traditional animation layout artists in the country for this background key that we tinkered around but will not be used (go figure).

New Project in the works......

Here are some Character Design studies I did around December 2010. These are all exploratory sketches and nowhere near the final look of the characters.

This is for a locally-produced, full 3D animated short film that I'm fortunate to be part of.

Hopefully, once we're done with the final film, I could upload it here on my blog for all of you to see.
